Renaissance Retirement has unveiled plans for 38 new retirement apartments in the seaside town of Paignton,\u00a0offering the\u00a0standard of a four-star hotel<\/h3>\n

Occupying\u00a0the site of the former Paignton town library (which has since been relocated),\u00a038 one and two-bedroom apartments will be situated in a peaceful residential street, overlooking Victoria Park in the seaside town of Paignton in Devon.<\/p>\n

Designed as luxurious living spaces for downsizers looking to maintain a quality standard of independent living,\u00a0owners will also have use of\u00a0a sumptuous Owners’ Lounge and Guest Suite when the development is completed in November.<\/p>\n

There will also be a\u00a0dedicated concierge, who will deal with the day-to-day running of the development and\u00a0maintaining\u00a0its standard of a four-star hotel.<\/p>\n

The development is a short walk from the shops and local amenities of Paignton High Street,\u00a0with the attractions of neighbouring Torquay easily accessible via regular bus services.<\/p>\n

Renaissance Retirement was\u00a0founded in 1997 and has already launched\u00a0a site in Abingdon, Oxfordshire,\u00a0and has\u00a0plans for\u00a0many more all over the South.<\/p>\n
