You can live stress free knowing they have no stairs to tumble down!<\/p>\n<h4>More space. It\u2019s apartment living\u2026 but better<\/h4>\n<p>Buying a property all on one level offers\u00a0the added bonus\u00a0of making it\u00a0feel more spacious. Being open plan, bungalows naturally feel bigger.<\/p>\n<p>At both Wiltshire Leisure Village and the Larches you\u00a0have all the advantages of apartment living and have\u00a0your own garden. Bungalows tend to be built on larger plots, meaning bigger gardens and more space generally.<\/p>\n<h4>Investing in the future<\/h4>\n<p>Bungalows are becoming increasingly fashionable with all\u00a0generations looking for a spacious home on a\u00a0larger plot. Not many developers are building them\u00a0so demand is always going to be high for this type of home which makes them a good investment.<\/p>\n<p>Work is underway at a development of six new bungalows in Bilsthorpe in the East Midlands. Rippon Homes is building six offering two or three bedrooms at its Larches development. \u00a0All will have\u00a0their own garages and private driveways and are priced from\u00a0\u00a3149,950.<\/p>\n<p>Ian Dyke, Managing Director at Rippon Homes, said:\u00a0\u201cBungalows have become synonymous with the older generation, and whereas they are perfect for those who wish to avoid using stairs, they are also stunning properties in their own right for people of all ages.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Set in the heart of a small community and close to the National Trust\u2019s Rufford Park, The Larches\u00a0within easy access to direct transport links to London and other major cities such as Nottingham.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBungalows aren\u2019t just for the elderly anymore.
