Spearheaded by retirement community operators and aged care experts LifeCare Residences, the Albert Suites brings a 30-bed nursing home on the periphery of Battersea Park, dispensing with traditional care programmes that revolved around set meal times and medicine trolleys, and redefining what it means to offer personalised care.<\/p>\n

In order to deliver tailored care packages that are entirely personalised to each individual, The Albert Suites\u2019 dedicated team of care professionals carry out home assessments, so that all a resident\u2019s needs can be met, ahead of their stay. All carers offer a safe pair of hands, and are highly trained to manage a breadth of complex circumstances ranging from physio rehabilitation, short and long-term care, convalescence \/ post-operative support \/ holiday stays through to palliative care.<\/p>\n
