Richmond Villages announces its eighth retirement village at Wood Norton in Worcestershire<\/h3>\n

Offering a quiet and peaceful location, Richmond Wood Norton, which is due to open early 2019, will occupy the site of a former BBC training college, between the old riverside market towns of Evesham and Pershore.<\/p>\n

The new \u00a340 million retirement village will be within easy reach of the M5 and M42, less than 15 miles from both Stratford-upon-Avon and the city of Worcester, and a short trip to Broadway and The Cotswolds.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It will comprise 61 one-and-two-bedroom apartments offering an independent lifestyle, 46 suites (one-and-two-bedroom) which come with a \u2018hotel style\u2019 package to help with daily chores, and a 60-bed care home providing nursing and dementia support.<\/p>\n

There will also be\u00a0a wellness spa with swimming pool and gym, hair and beauty salon, a library, activities and IT room, caf\u00e9 bar, restaurant, private dining and residents\u2019 lounge, and all set within beautifully landscaped grounds, terraces and mature woodland.<\/p>\n

A full list of property prices has yet to be released, but as an indication, suites will start from about \u00a3265,000 and apartments from about \u00a3350,000.<\/p>\n

There is already a temporary sales and marketing suite at Suite 2, Tadcaster House, Keytec 7 Business Park, Pershore, WR10 2TA.<\/p>\n
