A new extra-care scheme in West London offers shared-ownership apartments for\u00a0sale<\/h3>\n

Set within its own grounds and close to the river Thames, Bridgewater House in Hounslow is offering 36 one-and-two-bedroom apartments for people aged over 50 who need assisted-living support.<\/p>\n

Four of the apartments are available to buy through shared ownership priced from\u00a0\u00a391,250 for 25 per cent share of a one-bedroom flat.<\/p>\n

The rest are available to rent through refferal from Hounslow council.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Situated within the gated Fitzroy Gate development in Isleworth, Bridgewater House is designed for people with mobility and sensory issues.<\/p>\n

It has level floors and a dementia-friendly design throughout with care and support staff on site 24-hours a day.<\/p>\n

The self-contained one-and-two-bedroom apartments are fitted with a kitchen-dining room, a wet room with level-access shower and telecare and pull cord services. They also have balconies with views across Fitzroy Gate.<\/p>\n

Extra facilities include an activities room, communal lounge with doors leading to a patio garden and a guest suite.<\/p>\n

We also specialise in promoting stimulating, active and independent living for older people.”<\/p>\n
