Rangeford Villages has started building a new luxury lifestyle village for the over 60s called Siddington Park<\/h3>\n

Located on a stunning former parkland site on the outskirts of Cirencester the village, built in Cotswold-style stone, Siddington Park will feature one, two and three-bed apartments, ranging from 642 square feet to 1,798 square feet and is due to be completed in 2022.<\/p>\n

Rangeford Villages, a retirement property specialist, and Octopus Real Estate, part of the Octopus Group and a leading investor in healthcare facilities throughout the UK and Ireland, are behind the new village, which will be developed and operated by Rangeford Villages. <\/span><\/p>\n

Siddington Park, Rangeford’s third retirement village, will boast a number of onsite amenities, including 12 acres of landscaped grounds.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>There will also be an onsite pool and gym where swimming and fitness classes will be held.<\/p>\n

The village\u2019s spa will offer a range of bespoke treatments, and it is expected that the restaurant and coffee shop will provide a social hub for owners, family and friends.<\/p>\n

To complement the lifestyle offerings at Siddington Park, the team will create a regular events-calendar featuring day trips, cultural events as well as resident-led interest groups.<\/p>\n

A dedicated concierge team will be on hand to assist with day-to-day enquiries and services, and professional onsite carers will be available to provide additional assistance if required.<\/p>\n
