Construction milestones reached at Pegasus\u2019s newest later-living community<\/h3>\n

Work continues to progress at Pegasus Winchester Holts, the latest age-exclusive community from later-living specialist Lifestory.<\/p>\n

When completed in autumn next year, Pegasus Winchester Holts will offer 33 two-and three-bedroom apartments close to the centre of the historic and ancient town of Winchester in Hampshire.<\/p>\n

Simon Broomfield of Lifestory commented: \u201cWe are delighted Pegasus Winchester Holts is progressing on programme despite the wide-reaching effects\u00a0of COVID-19.<\/p>\n

“We took the decision to keep the site live during lockdown and introduced a number of safety measures to ensure that our construction teams were kept safe whilst on site.<\/p>\n

“Our construction teams, many of whom live locally, were able to continue in employment throughout.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are pleased to be a part of the Winchester community and be able to provide employment opportunities in the area at a time when they are most needed.<\/p>\n

“The commitment of the site team has been amazing, all working efficiently whilst staying safe and adhering to many new rules and regulations we had to implement.<\/p>\n

“We are due to launch Pegasus Winchester Holts shortly and it is anticipated that the first new owners will start moving into their new homes by late Autumn 2021.\u201d<\/p>\n
