The Four Foundations of Wellbeing; purpose, health, community and environment, have been expertly developed to provide an all-encompassing approach to living a happy, healthy and thriving lifestyle.<\/p>\n Village teams will help residents establish a routine and identify the extent they want to participate in village life and help them maintain their identity and sense of purpose.<\/p>\n Rangeford Villages offers an array of activities across its developments including walking clubs, prayer group, knitting, golf, Zumba, arts and crafts and book clubs.<\/p>\n Residents can choose to be as active as they please and are encouraged to set up and lead their own social groups and clubs.<\/p>\n This is where the Wellbeing Team can support residents with their physical and mental health.<\/p>\n Residents will be asked what kind of physical activity they enjoy, whether they would be open to trying new activities, how physically and mentally healthy they are, and what support they would like with nutrition, sleep, stress, health conditions and cognitive health.<\/p>\n The village team can provide homeowners with access to the best local sleep therapists, nutritionists, chiropodists, osteopaths, and physiotherapists as required.<\/p>\n In addition, Rangeford Villages has links with local groups, clubs and voluntary organisations which will provide residents with an opportunity to maintain and extend their network beyond the village boundaries.<\/p>\n Help with domestic cleaning and home maintenance is available as frequently as the homeowners wishes.<\/p>\n Residents can also benefit from onsite care and support in the comfort of their own home.
