Ellen Millar and David Hillman are about enjoy their second anniversary as a couple, after a meeting at Catherine Court<\/a> in Eastleigh, Hampshire.<\/p>\n In February 2019, widower David, 83, moved into a retirement apartment just around the corner from Ellen’s.<\/p>\n They soon discovered they shared the same sense of humour and love of life.<\/p>\n Speaking about their first date, Ellen says, \u2018We didn\u2019t stop chatting the whole time. Later, David invited me to dinner which he cooked and the rest is history.”<\/p>\n “I thought Ellen was just wonderful,” David enthuses.<\/p>\n “She’s a very kind and caring person, with a great sense of humour.
