On Thursday 14 October, Lifestory will launch its latest community, Renaissance Cranleigh Coves<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Comprising 12 one-and two-bedroom apartments, and two chalet bungalows, starting at \u00a3475,000, Cranleigh Coves is designed for independent retirees in the heart of one of England\u2019s largest villages.<\/p>\n

The launch is taking place at Bramley Golf Club in Guildford from 10am – 4pm and interested prospective homeowners are invited to attend.<\/p>\n

Designed by Re-Format Architects, and influenced by the local Arts & Crafts traditions, Cranleigh Coves is a space curated to nurture social connection and wellbeing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Each home is designed to bring light flooding in, with large windows, flowing layouts and stylish fixtures and fittings.<\/p>\n

Good relationships are the foundation of wellbeing and Cranleigh Coves will have its own dedicated Lifehost to ensure that everyone is included as much or as little as they like in the life of the village.<\/p>\n

The Lifehost is also an important part of a holistic security approach that includes CCTV and video phone entry for all homes.<\/p>\n

Great consideration has been paid to shared spaces, and the community has an airy and tranquil shared lounge, a social kitchen and outdoor seating area.<\/p>\n

There are also shared landscaped gardens, which feature a nod to the Lifestory brand with a specially installed Book Bench.<\/p>\n

Shaped like an open book, this sculpture will be decorated by local artists and will form part of the shared seating area in the community.<\/p>\n

The two chalet bungalows each have a private garden, whilst the apartments all enjoy their own balcony or terrace.<\/p>\n

There are also 19 parking spaces available, including a garage for each of the chalets.<\/p>\n

Located on a leafy road half a mile from Cranleigh, the community balances the appeal of both countryside and town, with Guildford a 23-minute drive away.<\/p>\n
