The Audley Group has just bought the historic Headley Court near Leatherhead in Surrey, which it\u00a0plans to convert\u00a0into a retirement community.<\/h3>\n

The 23-acre site has most recently been home to The Help for Heroes Rehabilitation Complex which has now relocated to Stanford Hall in Lincolnshire.<\/p>\n

The Jacobean-style Grade II-listed mansion and stables were completed in 1899 and, subject to planning, will be converted into an Integrated Retirement Community.<\/p>\n

The village will comprise a number of homes, communal facilities, including health and wellness facilities, swimming pool and restaurant, incorporating the listed Mansion House and adjoining stables.<\/p>\n
