<\/a>The village was opened by Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley Group, who was joined by The Lord Mayor of Leeds Councillor, Abigail Marshall Katung.<\/p>\nThere were also \u00a0current and prospective property owners, their family and friends and members of the local community.<\/p>\n
The village is situated at the heart of the \u2018Golden Triangle\u2019 formed by Ilkley, Harrogate and York and is home to 172 luxury one-and-two-bedroom properties, starting from \u00a3465,000.<\/p>\n
These homes are focussed around the restored Grade II listed \u2018Scarcroft Lodge\u2019 which also houses Thackaray’s restaurant, bar, library, and Audley Club\u2019s health and wellness spa including a gym and swimming pool.<\/p>\n
Central to Audley\u2019s approach is its commitment to help owners live long, independent and healthy lives with a focus on wellbeing.<\/p>\n
